June 4th – Proposed Green Island Road Senior Housing Project
The Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) will hold public meeting to discuss the plans for a senior housing project on Green Island Road. It is important that Landings residents raise questions and voice concerns regarding the potential impact that this new development could have on our community. The meeting will be held 6/4/2019 at 1:30 PM at the Arthur Mendonsa Hearing Room, 112 E. State St. Savannah. Next week, please look for additional information regarding arrangements for ride-sharing, shuttle services and/or car-pooling for this meeting.
June 27th – Skidaway Democrats Meeting
Skidaway Democrats will meet Thursday, June 27th, 7PM at Messiah Lutheran Church. At this time we will begin the important work of preparing for 2019 and 2020 local, state and national elections – arguably the most important of our lifetime. Bring your thoughts, ideas and concerns and let’s see if together we can generate some positive actions.
