Reverend Raphael Warnock is running in the 2020 Senate special election in Georgia for the seat currently held by Republican Kelly Loeffler.

Rev Warnock has received the endorsements of Stacey Abrams and Senate candidate Teresa Tomlinson, who will be moderating Thursday’s event, as well as Democratic Senators Cory Booker, Sherrod Brown, Kirsten Gillibrand, Jeff Merkley, Chris Murphy, Elizabeth Warren, and Brian Schatz, and U.S. House Majority Whip James Clyburn, the highest-ranking Black member of Congress, among others.
Rev Warnock has been the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta since 2005.
